Overview:

Established in 1996, WCT Land Sdn Bhd is the property development, management and investment division of Bursa Malaysia-listed WCT Holdings Berhad, it has a presence in Greater Klang Valley, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, as well as Iskandar Malaysia, Johor, with a market capitalization of around RM 2.6 billion. On the back of a successful 17-year track record in property development, WCT Land has delivered in excess of 15,000 units of residential and commercial properties amounting to a gross development value (GDV) of more than RM 4 billion. The company’s property development, investment and management portfolio include townships, luxury homes, high-rise residences, industrial properties, offices, mixed commercial developments, concessions, hotels and shopping malls.

Milestone:

WCT has grown significantly from its original construction and engineering business over the last 32 years to be one of the notable townships and property developers in Klang South, Selangor. Its maiden freehold township development Bandar Bukit Tinggi (BBT) was launched in 1997, followed by Bandar Parklands, the freehold gated and guarded modern lifestyle township comprising terrace/super-link and semi-detached homes and bungalows in 2005. WCT also owns and operates BBT ONE – The Towers and the 250-room Premiere Hotel, including three shopping malls – AEON Bukit TInggi Shopping Centre, Paradigm Mall in Petaling Jaya and the newly opened Gateway @ KLIA2. WCT has spread its wings to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah and the region of Iskandar Johor, and ventured into property investment and management too.
