SkyAwani 3 Residence is a continuation project of SkyWorld Development's SkyAwani series, that is expected to complete in June 2021. Situated in Setapak, which is only a stone’s throw away from Kuala Lumpur city center, the 32 acres condominium offers affordable housing at a prime location.
This condominium consists of a total of 1,905 units within three towers, each with a built-up size of 800 sf. Tower A and B has 669 units each while Tower C has 567 units. Regardless of which tower and level, all units has the same price of RM300,000 and a layout plan of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

This is an initiative by the Federal government to promote affordable housing to those who work and choose to live in Wilayah Persekutuan.
Accessibility wise, Setapak is highly sought-after as it houses a number of important educational facilities, for example the well-known Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARUC), and the location is within reach by public transportation. There are three LRT stations close to the condominium for those who prefer to commute, which are LRT Wangsa Maju, Sri Rampai and Setiawangsa, connecting the residents to Suria KLCC, Alpha Angle and Wangsa Walk Shopping Mall. Not only that, hospitals such as General Hospital KL, National Heart Institute, and Columbia Asia Hospital are also conveniently situated around.
For those who travel by car, SkyAwani 3 in Setapak is connected by two major routes in Klang Valley, which are the Duta Ulu-Klang Expressway (DUKE) and Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) through Genting Klang. This makes the location highly accessible and convenient.
