Anjung Hijau which is also known as Greenfields, is a condominium located in Bukit Jalil. Although one of the more matured developments, Anjung Hijau is well maintained. Its maintenance fees are also expectedly on the low side, as they do not have a swimming pool. While Anjung Hijau is an attractive development in a central location, prices of a development are also much affected by the management team and the resident’s experiences. Anjung Hijau has more than its fair share of issues, with the most severe being unapproved withdrawals from the building’s funds for various payments. Other as equally disturbing complaints includes lack of cleaning in common areas resulting in piles of unsightly rubbish, an uncooperative management body, the need of various repairs and maintenance on the condominium’s facilities and car break-ins. As a matter of fact, the residents have a dedicated blog for their complaints against the management body.
