Samalaju Properties Sdn Bhd is a joint venture company of two of Sarawak’s leading corporations Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad and Naim Holdings Berhad both listed on the Main Board of the Malaysian Stock Exchange, Bursa Malaysia and a Sarawak Government Agency, Bintulu Development Authority. 

As partners, all three entities bring a wealth of experience in project implementation and award winning quality in products and service provided with focus being on 2 segments of the market – workers temporary accommodation and permanent residential and commercial development. On the accommodation and housing front, the Division has been tasked with addressing the accommodation needs of industries locating to the Samalaju Industrial Park (SIP). 

To this end, we have developed the Samalaju Lodges to provide accommodation for workers, supervisors and managers of industries in Samalaju both during construction stage. Property Development involves the development of a new 2,000-acre Samalaju Eco Park Township and Samalaju Central along with and adjoining services, Samalaju Resort Hotel and light industrial areas so as to create an attractive township that can enhance SIP’s appeal to investors, potential employees and support industries
