Nationlink Group of Companies was incorporated in Malaysia on 22 July 1991. Nationlink Group encompasses 3 business divisions namely Property Management, Construction, and Development. 

To-date, Nationlink Group has successfully completed various residential, commercial, and industrial projects and has also entered joint venture development projects with various statutory bodies. Yoshikawa‘s completed projects included the Kuching Bukit Mata shophouses, Yoshi Square, Mukah‘s Boulevard Commercial Centre, and the Tebedu new township at the Sarawak-Kalimantan border. 

Nationlink‘s two other subsidiaries, Polarwood Sdn Bhd and Nation Horizon Sd Bhd, had completed several major residential and commercial development projects, including the Batu Kawa light industrial park in the state capital. With years of experience, it has become a real estate enterprise with a corporate scale and development strength which are acceptably well commended.
