View Court is an apartment that is elevated from the hustle and bustle of the city, that boasts a panoramic view of Farlim township as well as its neighbouring communities. This low density project with a modern facade and practical layout provides an ideal space for comfortable living. View Court only consists of a 7 storey apartment block, and each floor only has 3 apartment units.
View Court has almost no facilities but yet charges RM0.20 psf for maintenance fee, it is said that this could be attributed to its very low density and such a minimum fund will be required for basic maintenance. Although it is a serene residence, potential buyers tend to shy away from this project as the location of the apartment is not very strategic.
