Located within ease of access to the Lebuhraya Kajang-Seremban (LEKAS) highway and the North-South Expressway (NSE), Topaz is just a 10-minutes drive to Seremban town, about 30 minutes to Semenyih, 35 minutes to Kajang, and roughly an hour to KL city. Both Putrajaya and Cyberjaya are also a little over 50 minutes away.
