The Apple is a one-tower serviced residence located in Kampung Bukit Cina, Melaka. The development, spearheaded by PTS Properties, stands at 39-storeys high, and has 361 residential units. The project is due to be completed by the end of 2018.
This serviced residence houses various types of units, with duplex, SoHo, studio and penthouse included in its list. There are 5 standard layouts, Types A, B, C, C1 and D. The units have built-ups ranging from 474 sf to 1,163 sf, priced between RM367,000 to RM744,000. On the other hand, the penthouse units are segregated into 2 different layouts, Types P1 and P2, and are sized at 1,894 sf and 2,088 sf respectively, with a sales price from RM1,406,000. Both the penthouse units have 4 bedrooms and an extra room, with the only difference being Type P2 having an extra bathroom.
The Apple also has a set of facilities to ensure that residents have a comfortable and fun living experience, one of the features is the sky garden, where tenants can take a stroll in. There is also an infinity pool and wading pool for the residents to cool off and marvel at the skyline of the historical state. There is also a commercial hub close to the residence that houses amenities such as banks and offices, while Little India is also not too far away as well.
The very well-known Jonker Street is just a stone’s throw away, along with a number of historical sites such as the Stadthuys Building, Fort A’Famosa and the St. Paul Church, which could create prospects for investors to convert their unit to accommodation for tourists.
The Apple can be easily accessed via Jalan Laksamana Cheng Ho, one of the federal routes of the state, which can also leads residents to other districts like Klebang, and to other nearby states, such as Negeri Sembilan.
