Taman Sendayan Indah is a mixed development area located within the town of Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan. The place consists of single-storey terrace homes, with built-ups from 1,500 sf, and comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The homes are spacious enough to cater to many age groups, from working adults to small or medium families.

There are commercial lots nearby that cater to the residents of the homes, which serves as part of the facilities provided within the neighbourhood. A field is also provided for recreational activities to be carried out, as well as for social gatherings and events. However, there is a lack of security as it is not a gated and guarded neighbourhood.

Taman Sendayan Indah is sandwiched between old and new developments, due to its proximity to other townships such as Seremban 2, Mambau and the Sendayan district. There are several restaurants that are within walking distance, while more amenities can be found in Seremban 2. Inside the list includes AEON Seremban 2, and a Mydin Hypermarket, which allow tenants to shop for daily necessities. Other amenities that can be found there include banks, schools, offices and various shops.

The neighbourhood can be accessed via Jalan Felda Sendayan, which also connects to Seremban-Port Dickson Highway. Via the highway, tenants can also reach other parts of the state. The highway also paves the way to the North-South Highway (NSE), which could be an attraction point as it provides a convenient alternative to those who are working out-station.
