Taman Len Sen is a neighbourhood dominated by residential properties, located in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. The township consists of apartment, terrace, semi-detached and bungalow units, as well as commercial hubs located at the centre of the area.

The environment of the town has an emphasis of the feeling of comfort and cosiness, which will be suitable for the general audience. Within the housing areas, tenants can get some fresh air from the central parks and have a quick stroll along the jogging tracks that surround it. There are also multi-purpose courts for recreational activities to take place, while there are basketball courts located in some of the housing areas. Most of the phases do not have any security systems, but some have opted for self-installed set-ups and hiring third party security forces.

Taman Len Sen is also close to a wide variety of amenities. Within the neighbourhood itself, tenants can find centralized commercial hubs that house a number of shops, offices, workshops, restaurants, banks and mini-marts. It is also close to the Cheras Sentral Mall, where entertainment outlets and more shops can be found.

Apart from that, the Alam Damai township is also located nearby, where Taman Alam Damai, a large central park can be found. The residences is also close to Taman Connaught, where the UCSI campus is located, and once a week it becomes the venue for Klang Valley’s longest night market.

Taman Len Sen can be easily accessed from the Cheras-Kajang Highway (CKE) and the East-West Link. The highways also act as a gateway to the Kuala Lumpur City Centre. However, the area is known for its notorious traffic, hence tenants can consider alternative transportation, like the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) stations located just a short drive away.
