Sunland Residence is a residential project spearheaded by Sun Land Sdn Bhd, a property development company that is a collaboration by investors from Malaysia, Australia and the EU. The project is Sun Land’s first, and is located in Kuala Kangsar, Ipoh. There are 3 phases proposed in this project of terrace homes, with Phase 1 and 2 completed in 2015, while Phase 3 is open for sale, and is expected to be completed in 2017.

The units are all 2-storeys high, and come in different designs. There are 95 units in Phase 1, where each unit has a built-up of 1,804 sf. Another 95 units are under Phase 2, which have built-ups of 1,980 sf each. The latest addition to Sunland Residence is Phase 3, with 33 units, each offering 2,100 sf of space. All units in the 3 phases have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The launch price of Phase 1, 2 and 3 are RM220,900, RM333,300, and RM420,000 respectively.
