Solaris Parq is the latest addition to UEM Sunrise’s prestigious development portfolio. The project is a mixed development, with a healthy combination to life, work and play, setting out a statement, as well as bringing booming growth to the Jalan Duta area. To be completed in two phases, the development will be located right next to Publika, one of the city's well known entertainment and commercial hubs. The first phase will consist of two serviced residence towers, housing a total of 576 units within them.
The residential units have a price range from RM873,800 to RM2,968,800, with built-ups from 721 sf to 2,469 sf. Solaris Parq may be located in a rather urban area, but will invigorate a more complete home experience for its tenants by bringing a park-living concept to the already luxurious residence. A 2-acre park will be included in the list of a myriad of facilities provided for residents. Sports lovers will be spoilt for choice with a multipurpose, badminton and tennis court that are within, while those looking for a slower pace to achieve wellness have the gym, reflexology path, a yoga room-cum-dance studio to look forward to. Apart from that, there are various themed lounges and decks that serve for social gatherings, in addition to the private dining and function room.
Solaris Parq will also be connected to many of urban Kuala Lumpur’s latest set of landmarks. One of which is Publika, which is within walking distance from the development. Residents will be able to find grocery stores, entertainment outlets and a variety of shops here. It will be made easier with the proposed walking bridge that will connect the two buildings.
Government service centres are also a stone’s throw away, with the Examinations Board building, the Kuala Lumpur branch of the Ministry of Home Affairs’ Complex, and the Syariah Court of Kuala Lumpur all within a short drive. It is also just a short distance away from the Kuala Lumpur City Centre and Mont Kiara, where more amenities could be found.
Solaris Parq can be easily accessed via a few major highways, such as Jalan Duta-Sungai Buloh Highway, SPRINT Highway, Sultan Iskandar Highway, as well as Jalan Kuching. Through these highways and arterial road as well, tenants can reach townships such as Segambut, Damansara, and even Petaling Jaya with ease.
