Section 5 Kota Damansara is a mixed development area located in Petaling Jaya. The residential area consists of terrace houses, bungalows and apartments. Units in Section 5 have a subsale price from as low as RM230,000, while the rental prices range from RM1,100 onwards.
Tenants or investors who are looking at Section 5 as their choice are bound to be amazed at the amenities that the area has to offer. An 8-minute drive leads to The Strand, where there is a wide variety of amenities, from restaurants, banks, offices and boutiques. For recreational activities, the Kota Damansara Community Forest and Seri Selangor Golf Club are less than 10 minutes away, while the Bandar Utama Golf Club is only 15 minutes away.

Section 5 is adjacent to the North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), just 2 minutes from the area. Via the NKVE, Section 5 also has access to the North-South Highway, via the NKVE. Traffic around the area will be tough to manouver around, but there are trunk roads which tenants can use within the area to access to the main roads to compensate for the disadvantage.
