Ryan & Miho’s another unique selling point is the promise of a myriad of facilities which will be able to accommodate to the needs of many of its urban residents. Ryan & Miho, located centrally in Petaling Jaya, have access to many other key amenities within the region. Entertainment hubs, well known eateries and cafes can be found nearby, along with banks, clinics and malls, such as the Digital Mall and Jaya Shopping Centre. There is also the Columbia Hospital that is just adjacent to the development. Meanwhile, other landmarks within the district which can be reached include SS2 and Damansara Uptown.

Enjoying excellent connectivity, the serviced residence can be accessed via a number of highways, mainly the New Pantai Expressway (NPE), the Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), the Federal Highway and the SPRINT Highway. The access to these highways also allows residents to travel to other parts of the Klang Valley, such as Damansara, Puchong, and Old Klang Road.
