Riviera Courtyard Homes is a low-density residence in Johor Bahru. The development consists of 150 units triple storey townhouses, with built-ups ranging from 1,147 sf to 1,215 sf.

The homes have centralized facilities with the presence of a clubhouse. Within the club, tenants will be able to cool off in the swimming pool and wading pool provided.
