Pearl Villas is a residential neighbourhood of landed homes which is part of the self-sustainable Pearl City township development in Simpang Ampat, Penang. Offering a selection of modern and sophisticated terraces, semi-detacheds and bungalows, the 335 residences are a welcoming home for families of all sizes and needs.

Being situated in the township of Pearl City, Pearl Villas is conveniently close to amenities. The Pearl City Mall houses food and beverage outlets, a supermarket as well as retail outlets, while there are also a number of schools in the vicinities. Residents with school-going children can rejoice in the neighbourhood’s location close to schools like the GEMS International School Pearl City, SK Bandar Tasek Mutiara and SMK Bandar Tasek Mutiara. More amenities can found along Route 1, such as banks, petrol stations, clinics, pharmacies and more.
Accessibility is also not a problem, given that Pearl City is just a short drive from Route 1. South along the route is the town of Batu Kawan, approximately 20 minutes from the development, as well as access to the North-South Expressway (NSE). From there, the second Penang bridge is also within reach. Up north, both Route 1 and the NSE link to towns like Bukit Mertajam and Seberang Perai, as well as the first Penang bridge, about 30 minutes away.
