Millerz Square is a mixed development that comprises of serviced residences, offices and retail. Located in Old Klang Road, it is one of the many developments that are ongoing at the south KL area. It is estimated to be completed in 2019.

The mixed development will see 4 blocks of serviced residence, 1 tower for office units. There will be a total of 1,633 units of serviced apartments and 336 office units. A retail outlet will be included within the towers. To ensure that parking would not pose a problem, a multi-level carpark is made available to cater to the density of the development.

Millerz Square will be suitable for young entrepreneurs and businesses, as Old Klang Road is the transition town between a number of townships, and this means that the area itself is a hotspot for business prospect, making the development an attractive area to invest in.

Apart from that, this means that the mixed development will have a huge supply of amenities, be it within itself or outside. Old Klang Road has a lot of up and coming projects, and a number of recently completed projects. The area consists of an industrial area, which will be convenient for businesses needing certain materials in bulk or direct from the factories. Other amenities such as clinics, restaurants, offices, convenience stores can be found it the nearby townships, such as Taman Desa, Taman Kinrara, Bandar Kinrara, Bangsar and Puchong city centre.

Millerz Square will be a stone’s throw away from Pearl Point Mall, Mid Valley Megamall and the Gardens Mall, and has a gateway to Kuala Lumpur via Bangsar. Over in Puchong, which is also a township close to the mixed development, are malls and hypermarkets such as IOI Mall, Giant Hypermarket Kinrara and Tesco Extra Puchong. Tenants here will be spoilt for choice when it comes to recreational destinations and conveniences when they need to do their grocery shopping.

The development will have easy access to the New Pantai Expressway (NPE), which connects to Bangsar and Kuala Lumpur. Further townships such as Subang Jaya and Petaling Jaya can be reached via the Federal Highway, KESAS Highway and the earlier mentioned NPE, as these major highways are linked, and are close to Millerz Square.
