Halaman Teratai is a pleasant low-rise, low-density apartment residence located in Sungai Nibong, Penang. Though completed many years ago in 1999, the residence still maintains a well-kept outlook. There are 3 blocks in total, each only 5 storeys in height.

Given its location just off Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, Halaman Teratai enjoys easy accessibility to and from the town of Bayan Lepas, Batu Maung, as well as the second Penang bridge, all about 10 minutes’s drive away. The first Penang bridge is even nearer, being a little over 5 minutes’ drive from the property. Georgetown on the other hand, is about 20 minutes away.
