Bell Suites is located in the upcoming township of Sunsuria City in Sepang. The development consists of 478 Small Office Home Office (SoHo) units, all spread along a 17-storey tower. The project will also be connected to Bell Avenue retail outlets.

There are 3 unit layouts revealed for the SoHo units, namely Type A, A1 and B. The layouts have built-ups ranging from 450 sf to 970 sf, with Type A and A1 sharing the same size, and almost similar layout. The layouts are studio units, with a bedroom and bathroom installed. Type B, on the other hand, has a built-up of 970 sf, and has 2 bedrooms, 1 study room and 2 bathrooms. Units here have a launch price ranging from RM313,000 to RM915,000. The units are suitable for working adults, students, as well as small-sized families.

There isn’t actually a lot of facilities that are readily available in Bell Suites, mainly because it is focusing on being a SoHo unit. The only facilities provided would be the retail outlet in the form of Bell Avenue, high speed internet connection, and the 24-hour security system that is employed. However, that will not be the problem, as there are amenities nearby in townships such as Kota Warisan. Not to mention, the development will be eco-friendly, having been certified with the Green Building Index (GBI).

In the upcoming township of Sunsuria City, tenants will be able to enjoy a large number of amenities, ranging from shopping malls to cultural villages which can act as recreational spots as well. It is also within walking distance to Xiamen University Malaysia, the first Chinese university to open a physical campus in the country. Apart from that, it is close to Dengkil town, where amenities such as restaurants, and workshops can be found. Other townships that are nearby include Putrajaya and Cyberjaya, where government offices and other service centres can be found. The Kuala Lumpur International Airport is also just a stone’s throw away, an added advantage to investors, especially with international students coming to study.

Bell Suites is easily accessible via the ELITE Highway, with an exit directly leading to the SoHo development. Through the ELITE Highway as well, other highways such as the Maju Expressway (MEX) can be easily reached, allowing tenants to travel to further townships, such as Sri Petaling, Seri Kembangan, and Puchong, to name a few.
