Arista is a precinct of beautiful and modern landed homes located in the township of Taman Gaya, in Iskandar Malaysia. The precinct comprises 123 freehold units, of which include semi-detacheds and cluster homes. Like the semi-d units, the cluster homes also come with tall ceilings and both a dry and wet kitchen. The cluster homes are designed with a similar aesthetic to the semi-detacheds. However, the cluster homes sport a bolder look, with exterior red brick detailing. Both the semi-d and cluster homes offer great garden spaces, as well as a wide porch, which is more than enough to fit 2 vehicles.
