Akasa is located in Balakong, or as its other name states, Cheras South. It is a serviced apartment that consists of 3 towers, with the highest tower being 36-storeys tall. Apart from the serviced apartment, a boutique retail building will also be built within the area. Developed by Hap Seng Land, the development is slated for completion in 2021.

There are 998 units in the serviced apartment, with 9 different layouts. Built-ups of the units range from 850 sf to 2,048 sf. The easiest way to reach Akasa would be via the Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK), with a direct exit from the highway. Via the highway as well, tenants will be able to reach other townships such as Sungai Long, Bandar Mahkota Cheras, Balakong and Seri Kembangan.
