35 Pearl Villas is quite literally, named after the exclusive 35 units of villa-style homes of the Setia Pearl Island residential development in Sungai Ara, Penang. Perched on higher ground, the villas offer breath-taking views of the city below and green hills in the distance.

The Penang International Airport is also within close distance of the 35 Pearl Villas. Though there are several shop lots housing eateries and mini markets nearby, more amenities can be found in Queensbay Mall and the Bayan Bay commercial hub about 15 minutes’ drive away. There, amenities like food and beverage outlets, banks, convenience stores, supermarkets, clinics and even a cinema can be found. To add, there is also a Giant hypermarket in the town of Bayan Baru close by.
35 Pearl Villas is situated off Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim, which leads into the town of Bayan Baru, up north and the town of Bayan Lepas south. It also links to Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah. With that, the homes are just about 15 minutes from the second Penang bridge while Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah leads to towns like Gelugor, Jelutong, as well as the first Penang bridge, approximately a 20-minute drive away. Georgetown is also a journey of roughly 40 minutes from the 35 Pearl Villas. Another alternative route leading to these key locations on the island is the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway, also accessible from the neighbourhood.
