28 Residence @ Taman Orkid is an upcoming residential development located at the Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi township in Sepang, Selangor. The development consists of 105 townhouse units, with 21 units falling under the Rumah Selangorku initiative. The development is set to be completed in 2019.
The homes here are similar to 3-storey terrace houses from the outside, but each of them is separated into 1.5 storeys of townhouse within. The built-up of the units range from 1,800 sf to 2,300 sf.
