27 Green Terraces is as its name indicates, a residential development comprising of 27 terrace homes located in Gelugor, Penang. The few homes ensure that the neighbourhood is low-density, conveying the feeling of a tight-knit community. Completed in 2012, most of the homes have been taken up.
