Saradise is a mixed development of residential developments, retail outlets, and shop offices. It is located in Stutong, Stampin, and was previously known as Moneta de Borneo. A leasehold development, Saradise is surrounded by a mix of residential developments. Saradise was developed by Saradise Sdn Bhd, a developer that is local to Kuching and understands the local culture. They have so far been recognised for creating Brighton Square and introducing the Saradise Gallery, a place where local artists can showcase their arts and designs. The developer was the one who in fact organised and launched the Kuching For Me contest, designed to shape Sarawak’s identity. Saradise has launched their shop offices, which was slated for completion in 2017. Touting high visibility from the main road of Jalan Stutong, the shop offices stand 3 storeys tall and offers a total of 132 units to aspiring property buyers. The units are designed to be suitable for all forms of businesses, including F&B outlets, lifestyle shops and professional practices. A well-designed development, the shop offices at Saradise is designed with interconnecting covered walkways, providing walkability between the offices, shops, and the open space tree-lined Saradise Park. Saradise is a well located development that is suitable for businesses that require frequent travelling, as the Kuching International Airport is only 5 minutes away. The city centre of Kuching is only a 15-minute drive from Saradise, and is easily accessible via the main trunk roads of Jalan Stutong and Jalan Stutong Baru. The location of Saradise while peaceful is a matured one. Within its vicinity are many businesses such as NB Motors Trading, BDC RH Plaza, a Honda showroom and Mitsubishi showroom. There is also the Sekolah Kebangsaan Satria Jaya, PTPL College Sarawak and UCSI College, all of which promises a catchment of regular patrons. And adding on to the mix is also the Century Hotel Kuching and Village Grove Condominium within close proximity of Saradise. It is said that Saradise is a peaceful place that is perfect for an evening out. As of September 2020, there is a variety of coffee shops, tea shops and food courts in Saradise.
