La Cottage located in Puchong, Selangor, is a neighbourhood of leasehold terraces. The project was developed by Metro Tegas Development Sdn Bhd but came into some difficulties which had delayed the completion of the project and put it at risk of being abandoned. Fortunately, Rimbun Capital took over the development and the project was alas completed in 2013. Then units of La Cottage homes come in either 2 storeys or 3 storeys with built-up sizes of a minimum 900 sf and a porch that can fit 1 car. Corner units however, have larger land space while the built-up size remains generally the same. Facilities at the neighbourhood are also lacking whereby there are no facilities or amenities provided to residents. However, given La Cottage’s location in Puchong, amenities are well within reach. Kota Kemuning and Bandar Puteri Puchong are just a short drive from the neighbourhood, where amenities such as eateries, banks, convenient stores, petrol stations and more can be found. There are also hypermarkets such as Tesco and Giant in Bandar Puteri Puchong while an IOI Mall is also within the vicinity. La Cottage is also highly accessible, with major highways such as the North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE) Highway, the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP), and the Lebuhraya Lembah Klang Selatan (SKVE) being easily accessed from the township. With that, Cyberjaya is about 20 minutes away, Kuala Lumpur city centre about 30 minutes, and Petaling Jaya is about 40 minutes away.
