Arista is a precinct of beautiful and modern landed homes located in the township of Taman Gaya, in Iskandar Malaysia. The precinct comprises 123 freehold units, of which include semi-detacheds and cluster homes. The sizeable double-storey homes come in several types, mainly the Type A and Type B semi-detacheds, and the Type B and Type C cluster homes, which are all expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2017. The Type A semi-d homes are built on 40’ x 90’ individual lots, which enable ample interior and outdoor spaces. The Type A offers 3,512 sf of space, while the Type B semi-d is slightly smaller though no less expansive, at 3,384 sf, occupying a 38’ x 90’ plot of land. Both variants offer a similar 4+2 bedrooms and 5+1 bathrooms layout, and flaunt an elegant facade of sleek lines and tile detailing on the exterior walls. Aside from that, a sense of spaciousness is also elevated with tall ceilings throughout the home and even double-height ceilings for the dining space. The homes also have both a dry and wet kitchen, while the master bedroom of Type A and Type B also feature a lanai space. The Type B cluster units are built on 40’ x 80’ land, with built-ups of 3,603 sf and 5+1 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. The Type C variant also offers the same layout, though at 3,535 sf of space and 38’ x 80’ land. Both variants of the cluster homes feature a courtyard within, which enables plenty of light and ventilation. Like the semi-d units, the cluster homes also come with tall ceilings and both a dry and wet kitchen. The cluster homes are designed with a similar aesthetic to the semi-detacheds. However, the cluster homes sport a bolder look, with exterior red brick detailing. Both the semi-d and cluster homes offer great garden spaces, as well as a wide porch, which is more than enough to fit 2 vehicles. Residents of Arista will have access to a Central Park, where the landscaped greenery is a welcome escape from the bustle of the city. The gated and guarded precinct also affords peace of mind, as well as the cul-de-sac roads within which ensure even more privacy and safety. Just beyond Arista and Taman Gaya are a range of amenities, where commercial shop lots nearby house conveniences like banks, mini markets, convenience stores, eateries and restaurants, cafes, clinics, pharmacies, and more. There is also the Mydin Pelangi Indah Hypermarket, while the AEON Tebrau City mall, Tesco Tebrau City, and AEON BiG Johor Bahru are just about 10 minutes’ drive away. Schools like SK Taman Puteri Wangsa, SMK Puteri Wangsa, SMK Desa Tebrau, and countless kindergartens are also within reach, while the Sunway College campus is approximately 15 minute’s drive from the development.
