Tracing our lineage from one of the oldest active companies in the country that has seen two world wars and many economic downturns, GBD Land was founded on a simple idea: to learn from the past so we do even better in the future.

Drawing from our rich legacy of more than 110 years, spanning many generations, we have seen how the world has changed and how our customers’ needs have changed along. With decades of experience in property development, having served as town master builder in Puchong, besides many other iconic projects, we transformed from a rubber plantation company to a property developer. Today, the 3rd generation of management is now setting our sights to embark on a new journey: to make our mark on the last pieces of prime land in Kuala Lumpur.
