Nursinar Development Sdn. Bhd. (NSD) is a registered company with the Ministry of Housing, Sarawak and is a member of the Sarawak Housing and real Estate Association (SHEDA). The core activities of NSD are to undertake property development at Kuching and Kota Samarahan in Sarawak.
