iKHASAS is an organisation built on a core foundation (asas) of sincerity and integrity (ikhlas), hence the coining of the company’s name when both words are combined to form ‘iKHASAS’.

History

Hailing from humble beginnings as a construction sub-contractor in the Klang Valley since 1973, iKHASAS has evolved progressively over the decades to become one of the leading developers in Malaysia with vested interests in many diversified businesses.

Led by the group’s visionary and dynamic Group Chief Executive, Ir. Tan Chee Kian, who since 1998 has been the driving force behind the group’s phenomenal growth, iKHASAS today have business interests across various industries like development, hospitality, technology, F&B-entertainment and most recently, media space.

However, our core competency in construction, engineering, infrastructural works and turnkey design remains the heartbeat of the company and we are proud to have been a part of many nation building milestones.
