Parc 3 (formerly known as The Weave) is the product of EUPE Corporation, a developer that has in the past focused mainly north of Malaysia in Kedah. With a strong portfolio under their belts, EUPE Corporation has begun to penetrate the Klang Valley property market in outstanding locations. Their other project in Klang Valley is Novum in Bangsar South, a development that is dedicated to the upmarket. Unlike its pricey counterpart, Parc 3 will be dedicated to the upper middle class with its minimum selling price starting from RM446,000. The homes will be sized between 592 sf and 1,617 sf housed within a single tower of 39 storeys. The density of living here will be on the moderate side with a total of 793 units housed within the tower, providing residents with a sense of privacy. Parc 3 will be featuring various zones of facilities such as the Health Zone and the Active Zone. While a full list of its facilities was not released, it is confirmed that there will be a total of 40 plus facilities separated into four different zones - the Active Zone, Passive Zone, Leisure Zone and Healthy Zone. There will be a Water Lounge at the Healthy Zone while the swimming pool and gymnasium will be at the Active Zone. Parc 3 will be situated close to an innumerous number of amenities. Situated only 10 minutes away from home is the local’s favourite shopping centre Leisure Mall, while primary and secondary schools are numerous everywhere in the township. The closest medical centre to home is the Ampang Hospital at a 10-minute drive, while the Cheras Badminton Stadium is a stone’s throw away at a short walking distance. Being located in a township of excellent accessibility, future residents of Parc 3 will enjoy excellent accessibility to highways. Close to home there will be the Cheras-Kajang Highway, the BESRAYA Eastern Extenstion (BEE) and the Maju Expressway (MEX).
