The Group’s Property Development Division comprises of CMS Property Development Sdn Bhd, Projek Bandar Samariang Sdn Bhd and CMS Land Sdn Bhd. The Division owns two large land bands in and around Kuching, and one of these is a 3,911-acre land bank in Petra Jaya owned by Projek Bandar Samariang which is currently being developed into a riverine township called Bandar Samariang.

Other developments include the Rivervale Residences at Stutong (also known as Lot 9244) and Lane Park at Petra Jaya, both in Kuching, are handled by CMS Property Development.

CMS Land owns the other 246-acre land bank in Muara Tebas and is currently in the midst of transforming it into Kuching’s new Central Business District (CBD), The Isthmus. On 14 November 2015, The Isthmus clinched the Commendation Award for Master Plan at the SHEDA Excellence Awards 2015.
