FCW Holdings Berhad (FCW or "the Company") was incorporated on 28 November 1957. On 17 August 1972, the Company was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad which is now known as the Main Market.

The principal activities of the Company are that of investment holding and provision of management services.

The Company's subsidiaries are involved in the business of property rental, contract manufacturing and wholesaler of cosmetics, toiletries and household products; while its associate company's core activities are that of manufacturing and marketing of power, telecommunications cables and wires.
