BACKGROUND

ASPIRASI, a wholly owned subsidiary of Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB), was established on May 2, 2014 as a commercial and residential developer for SPNB, which focuses on feasible projects and earn profit at par with other private developers.

OBJECTIVES

Exploring the property market all over Malaysia, in particular the market for commercial housing. Providing the opportunity for Bumiputera to own a commercial house.

ASPIRASI hopes to execute quality and innovative housing project that fits the customers' lifestyle and needs through a productive, efficient, and sustainable working culture, alongside achieving the company's objectives and aims holistically and continuously.
