Batu Maung is situated on the Southern tip of Penang island, just below Bayan Lepas and Bayan Baru. Certain developments also aim to appeal to larger families with more spacious landed homes and even condominiums. Future developments in Batu Maung are expected to continue in that line, encouraging more and more people to live there where homes are more affordable.
