Within the same area, residents will also be able to find a reflexology path and a yoga deck. In addition, each tower comes with its own lounge and multi-purpose hall for social gatherings. Other facilities include an open plaza, an open lawn barbecue area, a reflective pond and two tennis courts.
The Marin exudes an air of exclusivity, soaring upon the touristy location of Georgetown. That in turn gives the residents access to the various amenities that are located nearby. Most of it include tourist hotspots, such as the beaches, and Batu Ferringhi itself. There are also commercial areas that house restaurants and cafes. Tenants can also head across to Georgetown, where more basic amenities can be found.
The condominium can be easily accessed via the Jalan Batu Ferringhi route, which runs along the coast of Penang Island. The route also connects to townships like Tanjung Bungah, Tanjung Tokong and Teluk Bahang.
