constant traffic congestion due to road closures. Many snatch theft cases in area close to banks. Parking lots here are haphazard with double parking and lack of parking space. Takes about half an hour to even go one round during weekends especially around Village Park. Many hair saloons. Hokkien mee here is good, and 3 Bowl Porridge. Lam Mee here also is good.
Got Chatime, Gong Cha and many ice-cream boutiques and boutique hotels around the TM office.

3. Accessibility. Near to major highways with relatively less traffic jams but quick to get out and get in. Public transport, bus and MRT.
4. Education. Many Edu centers, kindergartens, SRK DU, SMK DU, colleges and Unis within 1km.
What more can anyone ask for??
