Sri Saujana is a high-rise apartment residence which has been around Sungai Dua, Penang for a number of years. Completed in 1995, the residence still has a well-kept and maintained facade. The 2 complexes of Sri Saujana both tower at 12 storeys high, housing a total of 87 freehold units.

Rental is also on the steeper side, with monthly rates starting from RM1,300. Rental of the homes are mostly aimed at the students, lecturers and staff of University Sains Malaysia (USM) nearby.
Located along Jalan Sungai Dua, Sri Saujana is just opposite a commercial hub, where amenities like fast food restaurants and convenience stores are within easy reach. To add, there is also a Tesco Extra just further down the road. Queensbay Mall is also under 10 minutes’ drive from the residence, providing even more amenities like a supermarket and food and beverage outlets. Other commercial hubs such as Krystal Point and Bayan Bay are also nearby.
Schools within the vicinities of Sri Saujana include SMJK Phor Tay and SMK Bukit Jambul, while more choices will require a short drive to the town of Sungai Nibong nearby where others like SMK Sungai Nibong, SRJK (C) Shih Chung (branch), Kwang Hwa Primary School and SMJK Phor Tay are there.
Sri Saujana also enjoys accessibility to and from other parts of the island, with Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah and the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway being a few minutes from the property. Via these 2 main access ways, Bayan Lepas is approximately under 15 minutes from the property, along with Batu Maung and the second Penang bridge. In the other direction northwards, the first Penang bridge is just under 5 minutes away, with Georgetown being about 20 minutes away.
