As such, the town of Bayan Lepas is mere minutes away, south of the development, while Bayan Baru is about 10 minutes in the opposite direction. Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah and its alternative, the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway, links to the Bayan Lepas industrial zone, the first Penang bridge and even Georgetown further up the island, about 30 minutes away.
The Setia Sky 8 units are priced from RM500,000 upon launching, an entry price which is considerably affordable. The development, with its pricing and location, is evidently geared toward the majority working population of Penang, who are within the medium to upper-medium income range.
