Queens Waterfront is a sea-side development by Ideal Property Group. The mixed development will see it being complete over 5 different phases, 4 residential, and 1 commercial - in the form of a sports complex and an international school. The project is unique, with most of its phases built on reclaimed land.
The residential component of it is called Queens Residences, comprising of 4 towers, 2 of which are already open for sale (Q1 and Q2). There are 500 units in Q1, while Q2 has 450. Units in Q1 have built-ups from 950 sf to 1,650 sf, with the largest size being able to fit 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and Q2 shares almost similar layouts to its predecessor, only with powder room in its units. The remaining 2 phases are yet to be released. On the other hand, the final phase, which is the sports complex and international school, will see international-standard sports facilities, which include a velodrome, a 2-acre football field, and a FINA standard aquatic centre.
Queens Residences also have facilities that can cater to different lifestyles and age group of its future residents. There is a marina where yachts can be docked, and a man-made beach for residents to enjoy. Various parks, linear gardens and rooftop gardens will also be included for tenants to have a stroll at. Within the residences itself, swimming pools, wading pools and water activities for children will also be included. A sports bar will also be placed in Q1, residents can play table tennis, snooker, and darts there. Not only that, occupants of the waterfront homes will also be able to enjoy the sports facilities the sports complex has to offer.
Located at Bayan Indah, Queens Waterfront will be close to a number of amenities in the town centre, one of it being Queensbay Mall, where restaurants, entertainment outlets, banks, boutique and markets for grocery shopping can be found. The Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone is also located nearby, where residents can look for work opportunities. Other famous Penang landmarks are also located nearby, such as the Snake Temple, Sunshine Mall, and the SPICE Arena. Penang International Airport is also located nearby, which will pose convenience for residents who constantly travel.
Queens Waterfront can be accessed easily via the Tun. Dr. Lim Chong Eu Highway, which links the development to other townships such as Bayan Lepas, Batu Maung, and Gelugor. The highway is also linked to the main Penang Bridge and the second Penang Bridge.
