Putra 1 Apartment is a much anticipated development in the upcoming town of Kajang that is to be completed in November 2017. It is a product of UMLand, a developer of much experience in the property development with their forte being townships and their developments being focused in high growth areas.
Putra 1 Apartment is to be another success under their belts in Kajang. It is going to be a low density development with a total of only 505 units of homes, housed within five blocks. The homes will be sized between 854 sf and 1,224 sf with a starting launch price of RM444,000. The majority of the homes will house three bedrooms and two bathrooms. With a generous developer, every unit will come with a minimum of two parking lots.
Although it is named as an apartment in name and in category, Putra 1 Apartment is clearly one of the higher end developments in this area. Residents will get to enjoy a variety of facilities that are typically not available at other apartments such as a swimming pool, wading pool, basketball court and badminton court. There will even be a nursery on the grounds of the development, with shops, a launderette, sauna and gymnasium. The price of enjoying these facilities is a reasonable RM0.25 psf.
As part of the Seri Putra township, residents of Putra 1 Apartment will enjoy a quiet and peaceful lifestyle ensconced in a residential area. They will however be within proximity to many highways. Amongst the many highways available within a stone’s throw of the development is the Kajang-Seremban Highway, Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK), North-South Highway and the North-South Central Link (ELITE). With these highways and easy accessibility, residents of Putra 1 Apartment will enjoy easy connectivity to Kajang, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya.
Within a short distance of Putra 1 Apartment are also many public amenities as well as commercial hubs. The closest shopping mall and entertainment centres to home is iOi City Mall and the Alamanda Shopping Centre in Putrajaya. Within proximity are also many institutions of higher education such as Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). Banks and F&B outlets are also easily available in the area.
