Paraiso @ The Earth Bukit Jalil is the 3rd phase of The Earth project spear-headed by WZR Group. Located in Bukit Jalil, Paraiso is just one of few upcoming developments part of efforts to make Bukit Jalil into Kuala Lumpur's second business hub. The Pavilion Bukit Jalil City is also opening up in the same area soon.
Built over 5.6 acres of land, Paraiso will consist of two 39-storey towers, with 762 units estimated to be ready by mid-2020. There will be 4 types of units in Paraiso, Type A, Type A1, Type B and Type C, with all units consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The units have a built up ranging from 960 sf to 1,480 sf. The largest of all variants is the Type A1, where there are only 8 of these exclusive units.
Paraiso looks to provide the best for its tenants, with everything a modern Malaysian could need and want under one establishment. Tenants of Paraiso can look forward to a breathtaking views of the KL Skyline from a distance, as well as vistas of Bukit Jalil itself from the infinity pool. Other facilities include a proposed kindergarten, as well as shops within the lot for the convenience of tenants.

Other features include the prospect of high-speed internet and WiFi throughout Paraiso, which has become something of an importance today.
Paraiso will be the addition to The Earth commercial shop offices which were completed in 2015, where most units are occupied. This means that tenants of Paraiso will have amenities nearby. With the new LRT routes and stations already completed, public transportation will be plenty, especially with Paraiso strategically located near 2 stations, namely the Alam Sutera station and the Kinrara BK 5 station.
Tenants of Paraiso will also be able to enjoy the Malaysian sports scene as well, with the National Stadium, the Axiata Arena being just about 10 minutes away. For those who seek closeness to nature, the Bukit Jalil Recreational Park is just a few minutes away. Paraiso will also be accessible to a handful of educational amenities, with schools, Technology Park Malaysia and the International Medical University (IMU) just a drive away.
Aside from being within convenient reach of amenities, future tenants of Paraiso will also have ease of access to the Klang Valley and beyond. 4 major highways accessible from the property are the Bukit Jalil Highway, Maju Expressway (MEX), KESAS Highway and the KL-Seremban Highway, giving tenants loads of options depending on the traffic situation, which can be really busy during peak hours.
