Nusa Suria is an exclusive residency, located in Puncak Alam, Shah Alam 2. It consists of 2 storey semi-detached homes, and a low density of just 12 units.

A federal route heading to Puncak Alam, which is Persiaran Puncak Alam is the easiest way to access to Nusa Suria. The Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Highway is also not too far away, connecting to the Guthrie Corridor Highway (GCE), which will enable residents easy access to Sungai Buloh, and subsequently Damansara and Petaling Jaya. The highways will also provide convenience to tenants who are willing to spend a little more time traveling to work, for the sake of comfort away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
