Desa Setapak is a residential development in Setapak which neighbors other residential area like Wangsa Maju, Wangsa Metroview and Taman Bunga Raya. To its North is the Military Police School (Pusat Latihan Polis Tentera). In general, Desa Setapak is made up of two and three storey terrace houses. In terms of public transportation, there is the Wangsa Maju Putra LRT station.
