Olive is a specially-created landed property development in Hillpark, of Shah Alam. It is a development that embraces nature with the lake within its development, surrounded by untouched nature. Neighbouring the Forest Park, residents have the privilege of having the beauty of the outdoors brought to their doorsteps in a relaxed setting of lush greenery. Olive features exclusive homes made of contemporary architecture with modern finishings, constructed close to Mother Nature. There will be a 50-acre park next to Olive within this 550-acre township. Within this 50-acre park, there will be a neighbourhood park, linear park, central park and forest park. Built close to all the charms of nature, residents of Olive will also enjoy the privilege of a mountain bike track. As an integrated township, Olive will enjoy accessibility to some of the finest amenities almost within walking distance of home. Just beside Olive is a proposed international school, while on its other side is the Forest Park where residents can hike through or mountain bike through it. While the majority of the developments are of residential components, there will also be retail lots and perhaps limited office buildings in this area in the future. The density of living at Olive is very low with a total of only 343 units of homes here. Olive consists purely of terrace homes, with sizes ranging between 1,892 sf and 2,152 sf. Every one of these homes are ideal for either large or multigenerational families with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and an abundance of space. Its prices are also considerably affordable between RM490,000 and RM1,012,000. This residency will be secured with the perimeter fencing along the walkway, where the entire development is covered by 24-hour CCTV surveillance. There are seven major highways that connect Olive to various parts of Klang Valley. They are the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), Federal Highway and the KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR Expressway). Also in the works is the Damansara - Shah Alam Expressway (DASH) that provides direct access to Damansara. Hence despite being seemingly secluded in nature, Olive @ Hillpark is actually a rather centrally located development.
