D’Branche is a neighbourhood of garden villas located in the well-established township of Bukit Indah, Johor. The development offers 64 units of double-storey cluster homes, which were completed in June of 2015. The D’Branche homes hold freehold tenure, where each unit sits on a generous 32’ x 70’ plot of land, with built-ups of a spacious 2,557 sf. The well-designed homes are no doubt suitable for families, with a layout of 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. D’Branche is strategically located along the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link Expressway, which means convenient connectivity to the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link, southeast of it, as well as the Malaysia-Singapore Causeway, through the JB city centre in the other direction. Those who work in JB, Singapore, and other towns like Pasir Gudang, Senai, or Skudai, will also find the development well connected to these areas, with other highways like the Pasir Gudang Highway, the Skudai-Pontian Highway, and the North-South Expressway (NSE) not too far off.
