TTDI Ascencia is another project from NAZA TTDI, located in Taman Tun Dr. Ismail. The development is a 36-storey condominium, accommodating 154 units in its single tower. Completed in 2016, the project sits along what seems like a passer-by street, but with big living reward.
There are various layouts that are within the development, with a wide range of built-ups from 530 sf to 2,309 sf. The units here have a healthy mix of studio units, 2-bedroom units and 3-bedroom units. One of it’s unique selling points is the emphasis of greenery and exclusivity within the homes, which tenants can find in almost every unit in the condominium. Another key feature is the extra floor level that certain duplex units have, which houses a rooftop garden. Launched with a price from RM554,100 onwards, the condo is suitable for working adults, to small and medium-sized families.
TTDI Ascencia also has a set of facilities that tenants will be able to take full advantage of. One of the biggest advantages that TTDI Ascencia has is its location. Placed in the bustling Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, the condominium is close to many new buildings, as well as some that have been established in the area for a while. Within walking distance of the condominium, there are various commercial centres that house restaurants, banks, offices and cafes.
Meanwhile, Glo Damansara Shopping Mall is also only a stone’s throw away, where residents can go for entertainment and shopping for daily goods. In addition, the KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital is just opposite the building, which will be of convenience during emergencies. Another key feature of TTDI Ascencia is its proximity to the TTDI Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station, which is just a short walk away.
TTDI Acencia is easily accessible via two major highways, which is the SPRINT Highway and the Damansara Puchong Highway (LDP). Through the highways, tenants will be able to reach various mature townships within the area, such as Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Subang Jaya, and Puchong.
