Taman Lapangan Hartamas is a gated and guarded mixed development located off Jalan Gopeng in Ipoh, Perak. So far, the development consists of linked and semi-detached houses as well as shop houses.
Examples of the series within the 50-acre Taman Lapangan Hartamas are the 2-storey Hartamas Avenue terrace homes and the 2.5-storey Hartamas Villa semi-detached homes. The 270 Hartamas Avenue houses, priced from RM388,800 onwards, have 15-feet high ceilings, 4+1 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Matured and established neighbourhoods like Pengkalan, Gunung Rapat and Simpang Pulai are nearby, giving Taman Lapangan Hartamas’s residents a good selection of urban amenities. Simpang Pulai, about 5km away, is also where the interchange to the North-South Expressway is.
Ipoh’s city centre is less than 10km away, or a 15-minute drive from the development. There, one can choose from many different educational, medical, entertainment, and service provider options. And between the city centre and Taman Lapangan Hartamas, residents will find the Sultan Azlan Shah Airport, especially convenient for frequent travellers.
