Putra Indah is a mixed development located in Subang Jaya. The development is made up mostly of terrace houses, with a shop office hub located outside of the residences. The development is made up of double storey terrace units, with built-ups ranging from 1,650 sf. The place maintains an air of peace and quiet, located deep inside an area that consists mainly of residential properties.
The facilities here are centralized in one main park, consisting of a jogging path, a futsal court and a children’s playground. There is also a recycling centre located here, which has contributed to the cleanliness of the area. In terms of area security, this is a gated and guarded residential area with security guards constantly patrolling the area. It is also fortified with just 2 main points of entry in the area.
Putra Indah is close to a number of townships, therefore amenities are always within reach. The one commercial area located right outside of the residences house service centres, small offices, mini-marts and restaurants. Not only that, nearby townships such as Putra Heights supplies residents with more choices of amenities. One of the highlights of the township is the Giant Hypermarket where residents can get their groceries from.
Residents also have the convenience to travel to major townships such as USJ 21 where many entertainment outlets can be found, such as Main Place, One City, and the commercial hubs that are within the area, housing some notable cafes and restaurants. Further along the same route, tenants will reach USJ 10, a social hotspot for natives as well as where major bank outlets are located. SS15 and Sunway can also be reached at a short distance from the residences, where universities such as INTI International College Subang Jaya, Monash University and Taylor's University are located.
Putra Indah can be easily accessed via the ELITE Highway, which also connects to the deeper parts of UEP Subang Jaya. The mixed development can also be reached via the KESAS Highway, which can bring tenants to the earlier mentioned townships as well as Kota Kemuning and Klang. Traffic in these highways may be heavy during peak hours, but occupants can now commute with the Putra Heights Light Rail Transit (LRT) station located just nearby.
