Accessibility-wise, Idaman Lavender 3 is connected to the town of Bayan Lepas via Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim and Jalan Tun Dr. Awang while Bayan Baru can also be reached by Jalan Tun Dr. Awang. Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah and the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway are also accessible from the property, leading to Batu Maung, the second Penang bridge, Jelutong, the first Penang bridge and Georgetown further up north.
